Load a complete schema-v1 scenario JSON. The server validates it before it becomes revision 1.

Optional: sends only the verified sealed plan packet to the configured provider. The provider returns opaque citation selections; LIFELINE renders every visible sentence locally. It cannot modify incident, plan, approval, or dispatch state.
Append or correct a report
Append creates a revision. Correction replaces the operational snapshot but preserves the previous report in the ledger.
Attention feed
Polls the selected incident every 15 seconds while this tab is open. Alerts describe changed facts or evidence limits; their authority is always none.
